At Loadmile, we strive to provide exceptional fleet management software and customer service. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations for our subscription-based services.
We offer a 7-day free trial that gives you full access to our platform. No credit card is required to start the trial. The trial period allows you to thoroughly evaluate our Service before committing to a paid subscription.
After your free trial ends, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan. Our subscriptions are billed monthly in advance based on your fleet size:
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@loadmile.tech.
If you cancel and later decide to return, you may reactivate your account within 30 days of cancellation without losing your data. After 30 days, you will need to start with a new account.

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us immediately at billing@loadmile.tech. We will investigate all billing disputes promptly and work with you to resolve any issues.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first so we can address any billing concerns directly.
In some cases, instead of providing a refund, we may offer service credits that can be applied to future billing periods. Service credits are applied automatically to your account and are non-transferable.
If you reduce the number of vehicles in your fleet, your billing will automatically adjust on your next billing date. No refund is provided for the current billing period.
If you increase your fleet size mid-month, you will be charged a prorated amount for the additional vehicles for the remainder of the current billing period.
Loadmile shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of acts of nature, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other force majeure event. No refunds will be provided for service interruptions caused by force majeure events.
If you subscribed using a promotional code or discount, special refund terms may apply. Promotional offers are typically non-refundable. Please refer to the specific terms of the promotion or contact our sales team for clarification.
While we currently offer monthly billing, if we introduce annual subscription options in the future, they may be subject to different refund terms. Annual subscriptions typically offer a discount but may have more restrictive refund policies.
Enterprise customers and those on custom pricing plans may have different refund terms as outlined in their specific service agreements. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for details.
Refunds do not include any taxes, processing fees, or charges imposed by third-party payment processors unless required by law. Applicable taxes and fees are non-refundable.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Changes will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the update.
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
